Sankranthi release F2 – Fun and Frustration is continuing its strong run at the US box office. The hilarious entertainer featuring Venkatesh and Varun Tej in the lead roles has touched the million dollar mark by the end of three days.
After embarking a solid start with $ 249K from its Friday premiers, the film had a terrific weekend with a total gross of $ 927K. On its first Monday, the Anil Ravipudi directional collected around $ 75K and joined the million dollar mark. This is the second million dollar film for Venkatesh after Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimallu Chettu and third one for Varun Tej after Fidaa and Tholiprema.
The entertaining narration and Venky’s comic timing have helped the film garner good word of mouth among Sankranthi releases. Dil Raju is the producer.
