Yatra, a biopic on Andhra politician Rajasekhar Reddy starring legendary actor Mammootty, has wrapped up its shoot and is getting ready for release in December. Director Mahi V Raghav praised Mammootty to the skies for his dedication and efforts while working for this prestigious project.
Mahi lavished praises on Mammootty with a eulogy. He wrote a note on in social media page to commend the hardwork of Mammootty. He said Mammootty is a great mentor and wonderful human being. Though he has nothing to prove as an actor, Mammootty listened to the entire script in Telugu and learnt meaning of every word and delivered with perfection. This dedication has delighted the whole team. Mahi also appreciated Mammootty’s love for language and culture of Telugu and hailed him as a truly magical and wonderful person.
Yatra focuses on the historical padayatra taken up by Rajasekhar Reddy before coming to power in 2004. The film is releasing on Jagan’s birthday.
