Actor Devaraj, who acted in villain roles in Telugu and hero roles in Kannada met road accident today and suffered major injuries. The accident happened as the car he was travelling in rammed into a divider near a curve close to the Mysore ring road.
Along with him were Kannada actor Darshan and three others and all of them suffered injuries during this accident.Apart from Darshan, and Devaraj, Devaraj’s son Prajwal Devaraj and their friend got injured during the accident and are admitted at a Hospital on Mysuru-Bengaluru road. Kannada hero Darshan suffered a fracture in his right hand. Others also were injured and admitted into intensive care (ICU) at the hospital. It is not yet known who was driving the car at the time of the mishap.
Devaraj’s performance in films like Bharat Ane Nenu, Samarasimha Reddy, Yagnam and Yerra Mandaram is well appreciated by Telugu audience.
