Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma has been drawing flak from all corners for instigating controversial character artist Sri Reddy to make sleazy comments on Pawan Kalyan.
This incident is definitely going to adversely impact RGV’s upcoming film with Akkineni Nagarjuna.
RGV is also supposed to work with Akkineni Akhil after this project. But, due to the ongoing controversy, it is learnt that Nagarjuna has decided not to go ahead with this project as it may not augur well for Akhil’s career.
Sources close to Nagarjuna revealed that the project has been completely shelved and will not take off.
Akhil is currently busy with a film under the direction of Venky Atluri of Tholi Prema.
