Gudivada YCP MLA Kodali Nani never hesitates to challenge whether there is no single ‘magadu’ (male) in NTR family to remove domination of Nara family in the TDP. Now the same statement is backfiring on him. His caste leaders are now asking whether Nani has any self-respect when his party has taken up a single point agenda of targetting the Kammas ever since poll results came out.
Complicated director Ram Gopal Varma’s nonsensical title ‘Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu’ has virtually provoked strong reactions from the community. Now they are asking whether their caste voters and leaders have not contributed to the victory of Jaganmohan Reddy at all.
One leader said that it was these YCP caste leaders alone who were behind Varma to humiliate Chandrababu Naidu till he was ousted from power. Now the same YCP leaders were targetting the entire community and YCP leaders like Kodali Nani would have to answer for this caste-based attacks on the community. They recalled during Naidu’s time, he respected Reddys and tried to bring together many Reddy political families together.
