Vijay Devarakonda’s cult classic Arjun Reddy created huge buzz across the country and the movie has been termed as a blockcbuster. Sandeep Vanga directed the movie and soon after the film’s release, the makers have been approached with many lucrative offers to remake the film in neighbouring languages. There have been lot of speculations that Chiyaan Vikram’s son Dhruv will make his debut with the remake.

Now the official news is that critically acclaimed director Bala has been approached to direct the remake which will start rolling next year. Dhruv is currently preparing for the role and a team of writers are penning the script. E4 Entertainments will bankroll the project and Vikram felt that Arjun Reddy remake will be the best debut for any actor. Bala earlier directed Vikram’s Siva Putrudu.
