Arjun Reddy created a sensation in Telugu cinema and the film is all set to be remade in Tamil. Chiyaan Vikram who was thoroughly impressed with the film felt that the film would be a perfect launch for his son Dhruv Vikram. Critically acclaimed director Bala has been brought on to the board to direct the remake which is busy with the pre-production work. The script work of the film is on cards and the makers are busy finalizing the cast.
Kamal Haasan’s daughter Akshara Haasan and Shriya Sharma are the front runners to romance Dhruv on screen and the makers will have to choose one among them. A look test will be conducted on them after which the final call will be taken. E4 Entertainments will bankroll the project which will start rolling during the end of this year.
