He has already prepared his TRS party for this while the Congress and others have to virtually run now to catch up speed.
KCR is supreme deciding everything in just a moment or two. But Congress has to accommodate partners in Mahakutami, ie Grand Alliance in all issues beginning with selection of candidates.
There’s no chief ministerial candidate for Congress. Maybe, there are too many candidates. But KCR has no such botheration. He is the sole undisputed leader and also star campaigner.
Announcement of schedule for early elections has no doubt cheered up KCR.
