Creative filmmaker Krish will be joining forces with Nandamuri Balakrishna for a historical film titled Gauthamiputra Satakarni. The film chronicles the story of the great Satavahana ruler Gauthamiputra Satakarni whose capital was Amaravati.
The formal launch of this prestigious project took place in Amaravati on Ugadhi. In a recent media interaction, Krish revealed that the film will be made with 50 Crores budget and the total runtime will be around 2 Hours 10 Minutes. It looks like Krish is going with a perfect planning and ensuring that everything falls in place before the commencement of regular shooting.
It is learnt that Balakrishna will don authentic jewels in this film and the makers are currently on the lookout for the same. The pre production work is going on at present and the rest of the cast will be finalized very soon. Devi Sri Prasad will compose the soundtrack. First Frame Entertainment banner will pool in resources for the project.
