Efforts are on to form TDP-Congress alliance in Telangana state. TDP and Congress starting the discussions today on forming alliance. However, KTR responded on this alliance and calls it opportunistic alliance and tells TRS will go alone and will win.
KTR tweeted, “It appears that some rather desperate efforts are being made in Telangana to stitch up a ‘Maha Ghatiya Bandhan’ TRS party has fought the 2014 elections alone and is ready yet again to face any opportunistic alliance. Bring it on”
Even though KCR’s welfare schemes impressed people and TRS is very confident on elections because of such welfare schemes,forming “grand-alliance” by opposition parties is always a danger signal for ruling parties. We will have to wait and see fir further political developments.
