Telangana municipal administration and urban development minister KTR has announced a 100 days plan for GHMC. The TRS government is focusing to make Hyderabad a global city. The city already has an amazing brand image and new industries are being set up.
To improve civic amenities and fix time bound work targets to the administration, KTR has announced a 100 days acion plan on 18th February.He has announced that the GHMC will provide effective online services to the citizens. According to him, the information regarding building plans will be furnished within 30 days.He also promised to give single time permissions.
KTR has listed many works scheduled for these 100 days. He has assured that new BT roads will be built with a sum of Rs. 200 crore. Naalaas will be regulated and desilted with Rs. 30 crore.Women’s association will get Rs. 100 crore in these 100 days, KTR has said.He has promised to set up 40 model markets with the sum of Rs. 26 crore. He also said that 50 bus bays will be built with the sum of Rs. 3 crore.
KTR has announced that 2,500 auto’s will be on the duty on taking garbage from every household. According to him, the government has to provide 32,000 new tap connections with a cost of Rs.40 crore. KTR has also promised to form the ward wise and area wise committees to monitor the civil works in the city.KTR will review the progress of the plan on June 2nd, the TS Formation Day.The deadline is nearing but the things are on the right track or not, the administration has to answer it.
