Lavanya may be a North Indian bred girl, but her connection to Telugu is amazing. She shares that for her Telugu is the place where her heart lies. “I think it’s because here’s where I began my film career. I have just made a connection which is difficult to explain,” she says.
It wasn’t easy to make this her own though and it was over a period of time that it happened. “I do not go out to parties and do not socialise a lot and so, making this place my own took a while. But I just love it here especially the love and respect.”
