Nannaku Prematho team is racing against time to complete the post production formalities as soon as possible to ready the first copy by 8th for censor scrutiny.
Telugu360 gathered some exclusive news from close sources to the unit. It is learnt that the current runtime of the film is close to 3:30 hours. NTR has insisted to trim the runtime as much as possible to bring it down to 150 minutes. So the unit is struggling to cut down to bring it to 2:30 hours. Another tit bit we have heard from the unit is that Rakul Preet watched the full 3:30 hours and quipped to the unit that she lost track of where the movie started and ended due to the lengthy run time. All the more reason to get it trimmed!!
The film, a Sukumar directional, delves with the bond between father and son. Rakul Preet Singh is the heroine and Jagapathi Babu is the antagonist. Rajendra Prasad plays NTR’s father in the film. Devi Sri Prasad scored the tunes and BVSN Prasad is the producer.
