Talented young director Mahi V Raghav scored a massive hit with Anando Brahma last year has been busy penning the script of his next film which marks the biopic of mass leader and former Chief Minister Late YS Rajasekhar Reddy. Right after completing the script work, he started his hunt for the lead actor who could reprise the role of the legendary politician. There are strong speculations that King Nagarjuna has been approached but he was not keen on stepping into the shoes of YSR.
The latest update is that Malayalam Superstar Mammootty has been locked for the lead role and the movie team met Mammootty today in Kochi and got his approval. Nayanathara will play the female lead in the movie while Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy will produce this prestigious project. An official announcement about the lead actors and the shooting dates will be announced very soon
