AP DGP Malakondaiah responded on the Alipiri incident. ‘No stone pelting attack took place on Amit Shah’s convoy. After the 7th car in the convoy slowed down near Alipiri, a person identified as Subramaniam broke the window glass with a wooden stick.
The police immediately took Subramanian into custody. A case has been registered on this incident, and the person is arrested.Necessary action will be taken against anyone who has committed the crime. So far, we received complaints from 6 factions. Even if the police officials have committed any crime, necessary actions will be taken against them’, said the AP DGP.
The AP DGP addressed the press, after receiving a complaint from BJP MLC Somu Veerraju over the Alipiri incident. With the AP DGP clarifying over the entire incident, the BJP leaders are left clueless, after desperately trying to politicize the entire issue.
BJP party factions, including BJP MLC Somu Veerraju,claimed that the attack on Amit Shah took place under CBN’s direction. It will be interesting to see how BJP will react on AP DGP’s comments.
