Raashi Khanna is in a happy space after scoring a much needed break with Tholi Prema. After making an impressive start to her career with Oohalu Gusagusalade, the actress hasn’t been able to taste much success due to inconsequential roles in most of her films. She finally got her due with Tholi Prema.
The latest buzz is that Raashi Khanna has bagged the leading lady’s role in Nithiin’s family entertainer Srinivasa Kalyanam. There were reports that Rashmika Mandanna of Chalo fame has been approached for the lead heroine’s role in this film. But, Raashi’s clean and bubby act in Tholi Prema has prompted the makers to lock her for Nithiin.
Nandita Sweta will play the second heroine in the film.
To be directed by Shatamanam Bhavathi fame Satish Vegesena, the film will start rolling very soon. Dil Raju will pool resources for the project.
