Superstar Rajinikanth wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 in the direction of Shankar. The actor is currently interacting with his fans and the event will continue for five days which started yesterday. On the other hand, his next project is all set to start rolling from May 28th in Chennai and Kabali fame PA Ranjith will helm the film which is said to be a gangster drama. PA Ranjith has been quite busy finalizing the cast, crew of the movie. A lavish set is being erected in Chennai which is worth Rs 5 crores.
Right from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to Deepika Padukone were tossed to play the female lead in the movie beside Rajinikanth but none among them have been finalized. Now the latest news is that young actress Huma Qureshi is in talks for the role and the makers feel that she will fit in the role. Dhanush will produce the movie on Wunderbar Films banner.
