Top actress Samantha Akkineni did not respond about the brutal rape and murder of Disha. The actress received a series of messages abusing her for not responding to the incident. Today, the four accused in Disha’s murder case have been encountered.
Samantha for the first time opened about the same. She penned an emotional message saying “I didn’t say anything about the incident when it happened because every message I received accusing me of not paying my condolences to the victims was a reminder of how little I have done to help the women in my society and one tweet wasn’t going to free me of that guilt”. Samantha reminded about the efforts she kept for women empowerment and one tweet on the incident will not free her of the guilt.
