AP Statewide Bandh
The Statewide Bandh in Andhra Pradesh is successfully going. After the opposition parties called for the band, Janasena, which supported TDP – BJP alliance for the 2014 polls also extended its support for the band. The common man is finding it difficult to attend his day-to-day activities.
Meanwhile, the protesters near Vijayawada Benz Circle questioned Modi and how could he cheat the people of Andhra Pradesh. ‘Modi attended the foundation stone ceremony for the Capital construction in Amaravati. But what did he give today? He got two beakers, one with mud and the other with water for the people of AP’, said the agitators.
The law enforcement authorities are carrying out surveillance with the help of drones and other equipment.

KVP Ramchandra Rao speaking to the media outside the parliament once again lashed out at the Centre. ‘The Centre should understand the emotions and sentiment of the AP people.
The Center is not implementing any promises (towards AP bifurcation) made during the 2014 Poll. The house has the responsibility to ensure that these promises are fulfilled,’ said KVP.
