He scored massive hits like Drishyam and Gopala Gopala in the recent times and his next film Babu Bangaram is awaiting for release. King Nagarjuna along with his family has done a multistarrer titled Manam which ended as a blockbuster along with receiving wide applause. Ever since the release of Manam, Venky and Rana have been in plans for a multistarrer.
Suresh Babu, the king maker has been hunting for the right script but he ended up impressed with none of the stories. As per the latest news, Ravikanth Perepu who made an impressive debut with Kshanam is penning a script that impressed the Daggubatis. The whole family will take a call once they listen to the final draft and an official confirmation may be out by the end of this year and the regular shoot will start next year.
Suresh Productions and PVP Cinema will jointly produce the movie. Rana Daggubati is presently busy with the shoot of Baahubali: The Conclusion which will hit the screens next year. Rana will be essaying a challenging role and he is the main antagonist in the film.
