KCR,though lives in Hitch city,is not known to be tech-savvy like his Andhra counterpart Chandrababu Naidu. Confining himself to politics and development, he seems to have left the Tech area to his son KT Ramarao, who is IT minister in the cabinet.

One never hears KCR uttering words like software,start-ups,paperless government etc. So,it doesn’t look odd if KCR forgot his personal email password of account cm@telangana.gov.in. Suddenly, the CM came to know that Centre had sent some important mails to the his official mail id. The mail had been created immediately after he assumed office. It is automatic. The mail id had been circulated to central government also. But, KCR, who depends less on emails and electronic messages, had never used the mail id and never checked what was landing into the box.

But, he was informed that centre had sent some mails to his address and his peshi people inquired for the password. It was then that he realized the he was also wired in to the internet world. But, he could not recall the password. This was CMs personal account and he could alone access it as the CMO had another separate account.
Yesterday, it is said, the NITI Ayog wanted confirmation for what it had sent to the CM’s personal mail id. As CM could not recall the IT department was summoned to reactivate the account and with a new password. Finally, the CM’s personal mail account has been revived after more than a year
