Sukumar himself provides story and screenplay for “Kumari 21F. Directed by Surya Pratap Palnati, “Kumari 21F” has cinematography by top DOP R. Rathnavelu and is also produced by Vijaya Prasad Bandreddi and Thomas Reddy Aduri.
