Superstar Mahesh Babu has been working round the clock for his next titled Spyder. Touted to be an action thriller, the film is helmed by AR Murugadoss and it is nearing completion. Due to the delay in the shoot, the release of the film has been pushed several times. Spyder has been initially slated for summer release after which it has been pushed to June and then to July. There are talks that the makers have targeted Independence Day release. However Mahesh and AR Murugadoss have been still unclear about the film’s release.
The movie’s pre-release business has not been closed for some areas yet and the prospective buyers are looking for the confirmation on release date of the film. However Mahesh and Murugadoss will take a call only after the entire shoot of the film will be wrapped up. Murugadoss revealed that he needs enough time for the post-production work to be wrapped up. Mahesh too is not in a mood to hurry about the release. Rakul Preet Singh is the female lead and Spyder is being shot in Telugu, Tamil simultaneously.
