Nandamuri Balakrishna announced that he would be stepping into the shoes of his father NTR in his biopic titled NTR. The film has been launched officially today through a grand event in Ramakrishna Studios, Hyderabad. M Venkaiah Naidu, Indian Vice-President launched the film with the first clap today and Balakrishna surprised everyone in a new and never seen look. Balayya essays the role of Suyodhana on the first day of shoot in a specially erected set.
The role happens to be the favourite one of NTR because of which Balayya decided to play it for the launch. Teja is the director of the film and top technicians have been roped in for the prestigious project. Balakrishna is bankrolling the film on NBK Films banner while Sai Korrapati, Vishnu Induri will co-produce NTR which may release during Sankranthi next year.
