Finally, Jana Senani Pawan Kalyan has taken a decision on which party nominees his party should support in Telangana election. He has not specified any particular party or candidates but just left it to the decision of his fans and Jana Sainiks there. With two days left for polling day, Pawan gave a call to fans to choose the less corrupt and more transparent parties and candidates.
With this, the Jana Sainiks in Telangana are free to support any party of their choice. But the tricky part is how to choose the less corrupt candidates. This is something very difficult to analyse at this juncture. Pawan’s call came at a time when the Prajakutami leaders are charging the Jana Sena with extending indirect support to the ruling TRS.
Actually, there was high curiosity when Pawan was about to announce his support for some party. His announcement eventually confirmed his taking a neutral stand. The announcement also came very late as already the voters of different sections including his party sympathisers might have made up their minds on which party to support.
Analysts say there’s nothing new in Pawan’s announcement.
