Akkineni’s handsome lad Akhil Akkineni got engaged to his girlfriend Shriya Bhupal, the granddaughter of GVKs. Their engagement took place in December 2016 and they soon parted ways due to undisclosed reasons. While Akhil got busy with his upcoming films, Shriya Bhupal got engaged to Anindith Reddy, the grandson of Apollo hospitals chairmam Pratap C Reddy. Now the grand wedding took place in Paris and Ram Charan, Upasana attended the wedding. Anindith Reddy happens to be the cousin of Upasana. The wedding has been completely a private affair and it was attended by close family members and friends.
