Ravi Teja hiked his fee substantially over these years irrespective of the performance of his films. He signed a film with Gopichand Malineni but the makers shelved the project as they are not ready to pay him the quoted remuneration. The actor quickly picked up the remake of Raid and Harish Shankar made enough changes for the script. The shoot commenced recently and there are a lot of rumors about the paycheque of Ravi Teja. Both Harish Shankar and Ravi Teja opted out to work on a profit sharing basis instead of taking home huge paycheques.
The entire shoot of the film is planned to be in 45 working days and a major portion of the shoot will be completed in a set. People Media Factory is investing on Mr Bachchan and Ravi Teja, Harish Shankar will take home handsome paycheques if the film fares well in theatres. The entire budget is expected to be recovered within the digital and the satellite deals. This would be an appreciable move when the market is not consistent.
