Victory Venkatesh wrapped up the shoot of his next titled Guru in jet speed however the movie’s release has been delayed as the makers wanted a comfortable release date. Directed by Sudha Kongara, Guru is an emotional drama laced with sports backdrop. Venky’s ruggish look has been widely applauded and the actor turned singer for the film. He crooned for a song in the movie which has been recorded recently.

Ritika Singh played a crucial role in the movie and Santosh Narayanan is the music composer. Guru is the remake of Tamil film Irudhi Suttru and is produced by Y NOT Studios.
