Megastar Chiranjeevi made a surprise announcement about Ram Charan’s next project while speaking at the audio launch of Sai Dharam Tej’s upcoming film Tej I Love U which was held recently in Hyderabad.
Chiru said Charan gave formal nod to act in KS Rama Rao’s production after wrapping up the current commitments. Since then, Tollywood is abuzz with the news that this film is going to be a remake of Chiranjeevi’s blockbuster hit.
It is believed that KS Rama Rao, who produced numerous super hits with Chiru, is planning to rope in a star director for this crazy film. Sources say that this film is going to be a modern version of one of Chiranjeevi’s iconic hit in the 1990s.
Mega fans have been eagerly waiting since many years to see Charan starring in any of Chiranjeevi’s hit films. So, this might be the film that would quench their thirst. But, the million dollar question is whether Charan dares to remake his father’s films or not.
Currently busy with Boyapati’s film, Charan has Rajamouli’s multi-starrer up next. So, KS Rama Rao’s flick will kick off after these two films.
