Megastar Chiranjeevi is busy shooting for his next film titled Acharya. A massive temple set has been erected across the outskirts of the city and the major portions of the film is shot here. Megastar Chiranjeevi took his official social media page to release the video which reveals the glimpses of the set constructed. The Temple town that is spread across 20 acres looks fabulous and the architecture reminds of a real Hindu temple.

A massive amount from the film’s budget is allocated for the set. Chiranjeevi and Sonu Sood are currently shooting in the set and Ram Charan is expected to join the sets of Acharya after Sankranthi. Kajal is the heroine and Manisharma is the music director. Acharya is a social drama that narrates a strong social message and the film is inspired by a real life incident. Produced by Matinee Entertainments, Acharya is aimed for May 2021 release.

Megastar Chiranjeevi and Koratala Siva are working for the first time for Acharya and the film is an action-packed social drama. The shoot of the film resumed without Chiranjeevi and there were talks that Chiranjeevi would join the sets from November 20th. With the coronavirus scare not calming down, Megastar is not ready to take the risk and he informed the makers that he would join the sets post Sankranthi next year. Chiranjeevi will relax down at his time till Sankranthi.

Ram Charan too allocated dates after Sankranthi 2021 and the duo will shoot for the combination episodes first. With the latest update, it is clear that Acharya will not hit the screens for summer. The makers are in plans to get the final product ready for Dasara 2021 and the official release date would be announced next year. Kajal is the leading lady and Matinee Entertainments are the producers of Acharya.

After the coronavirus scare, the shoot of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s Acharya resumed recently and is happening without breaks. Koratala Siva is the director and Kajal Aggarwal will join the sets very soon. As per the update coming, critically acclaimed actor Aravind Swamy is locked to play the role of the lead antagonist in this social drama. The actor will join the sets soon. He was last seen in Telugu in Ram Charan’s Dhruva.

Koratala Siva recently finalized Aravind Swamy after he narrated the script. Ram Charan has a crucial role assigned in Acharya. Manisharma is composing the music and Matinee Entertainments are the producers. Acharya is aimed at summer 2021 release.

Megastar Chiranjeevi was in plans to resume the shoot of Acharya from last Monday but he posted that he was tested positive for coronavirus. Soon, he realized that he is not infected with coronavirus and it was due to the fault in the testing kit, he was tested positive. The shoot of Acharya resumed without the top actor and Koratala Siva is shooting the episodes without Chiranjeevi.

Going with the update, Chiranjeevi will return back to the sets from November 20th and will shoot for the film without breaks. Koratala Siva is keen to release the film in summer 2021 and the entire shoot will be completed in quick schedules. Chiranjeevi is in plans to complete his portions of the shoot by March and move on to his next project. Ram Charan has a crucial role to play in Acharya and he is expected to join the sets next year. Koratala Siva raced to the top among the directors’ list of Telugu cinema in no time. After the super success of Bharat Ane Nenu in 2018, he bagged an opportunity to work with none other than Megastar Chiranjeevi. Koratala loves to pen his script on his own and he hardly spends six months to complete the bound script. His next film Acharya is taking three crucial years from Koratala Siva’s career which is worrying him badly. Though he mounted pressure, things are completely out of his control.

The film’s shoot is planned to commence from yesterday and Chiranjeevi was tested positive for coronavirus. This delayed the shoot of Acharya further and going with the current update, Acharya will resume shoot post Sankranthi 2021. Koratala’s plans for releasing the film for summer 2021 have almost vanished and there are talks that the film would hit the screens during Dasara 2021. Though Koratala Siva completed the bound scripts of a couple of other projects, he needs to complete Acharya before he shifts his focus on his next.

Koratala Siva is still not sure about the arrival of Ram Charan from the sets of RRR as Rajamouli is not ready to leave Charan before he completes his major portions of the shoot. The struggles for Acharya will continue for Koratala and the film will end up as a haunting experience for the star writer turned director. He announced his next film with Allu Arjun and he is keen to complete all the formalities by the time Acharya releases.

After almost seven months of break, Megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to return back to the sets of Acharya from November 9th. The upcoming schedule will continue for a month and all the safety measures would be taken. The makers announced that Acharya will be a summer treat. Koratala Siva is currently designing the schedules. The film’s leading lady Kajal Aggarwal is expected to join the sets from December.

There is no clarity about the arrival of Ram Charan as he is occupied with the shoot of RRR. Some important portions of the film on Chiranjeevi and the other lead cast would be canned. Chiranjeevi is eager to join the sets after a long break. Manisharma composes the music and Matinee Entertainments are the producers. Acharya delivers a strong social message like the previous films of Koratala Siva.
