Telugu 360 recently reported that Superstar Rajinikanth is in talks with young directors and he is keen on signing a political drama ahead before he makes his political debut. This will be his last film as of now before he makes his full time entry into politics. The film has been locked and an official announcement has been out today. Young and promising director Karthik Subbaraj will direct the film and Sun Pictures will bankroll this prestigious project. Kalanithi Maran is the producer and more details about the project will be announced soon.
Rajinikanth already wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 and Kaala which will release this year. Kaala has been slated for April 27th release while the release date of 2.0 will be out soon.
