Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Katthilantodu’ has been in news for quite some time and finally it is going to get rolling. Megastar, after much deliberation, has decided to do the remake of ‘Katthi’ and V. V. Vinayak is calling the shots. , We have an interesting update. Though the movie is going to be started from 1st week of June, Megastar will not be part of the first schedule. Megastar is taking all the steps to ensure he looks fabulous on the screen. He has been working on his fitness for quite sometime and had a target of loosing 10kgs. However, he lost only 6 kg’s so far and needs some additional time to reach his target.
Megastar requested VV Vinayak to ahead with scenes which doesn’t involve him. So the movie would be started in first week of June and the scenes without megastar would be shot initially. There is still confusion on who the female lead is going to be. The team has zeroed in on Anushkha, but she is very busy currently. So we will have to wait until the official announcement comes out.
