Once a star director who is a specialist in dishing out comedy capers, Sreenu Vaitla has hit a lean trot with back to back debacles. The Dookudu director is now on a comeback trail of sorts with an interesting project to be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers.
Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja will play the lead role in this film which is tentatively titled as Amar Akbar Anthony.
While Ravi Teja is busy shooting for Nela Ticket, Sreenu Vaitla has silently commenced shooting for this project in abroad. An excited Sreenu Vaitla posted that he commenced shooting in New York and promised to reveal the full details shortly.
Majority of the film will be shot in USA. Comedian Sunil is expected to play a crucial role in this film.
