Brahmotsavam has collected 13.07 Cr share in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana States on it’s 1st day. The opening is poor and lesser than his previous release Srimanthudu. In mass area Ceeded, the numbers are even less than “Aagadu” which indicates the opening is poor for Brahmotsavam. In terms of overall occupancy it is lesser than Aagadu in both states but huge hires,ticket hikes has made it’s collections look better than Aagadu. After “1-Nenokkadine” this is the Mahesh’s movie that didn’t open well.
However, as mentioned above, due to ticket hikes and hires this movie entered into “Top 4 All Time Highest Openers” list of Tollywood , and also Mahesh’s All Time Second Best.
