Victory Venkatesh is currently busy shooting for his next film titled Guru. Venky will be seen as a boxing coach in the film and his ruggish look from the film already created enough buzz. Sudha Kongara is directing the movie and Ritika Singh is essaying the other lead role. The movie is the official remake of Bollywood movie Saala Khadoos and the shoot of Guru will be wrapped up in quick schedules and in record breaking time.
As per the latest news, the makers are not paying any remuneration for the actor and instead he will be offered the satellite rights as remuneration for Guru. The film is an experiment for actors like Venkatesh who has been always limited in selective genres. S Sashikanth is producing Guru on Y Not Studios banner. Venky has been personally taking care of the film and he is expected to bag Rs 5-6 crores from the film revealed sources. The satellite deal of the film is expected to bee closed even before the film’s release. Guru has been slated for Christmas 2016 release.
