Some more Highlights from RRR Press Conference:

SS Rajamouli, NTR and Ram Charan interacted with the press to reveal several updates about RRR. During the question and answers session, Rajamouli was asked if he had any choices for the lead actors. Rajamouli surprised everyone saying that he decided to shelve the project if Tarak and Charan rejected the film. He wanted both of them to feature in the film.

Rajamouli said that he would direct Mahabharat last before retiring from films. He said that he would love to direct it as a series of feature films.

Though he decided not to have much VFX work in his next after Baahubali franchise, RRR too will have a huge dose of VFX effects. Rajamouli said that the VFX effects are used to create the naturality in the episodes and not for extravagance. Hence it will take six months for post-production of RRR. Entire shoot will be completed by the end of this year.

Ram Charan’s shaped thick mustache look was the surprise of the press conference. NTR was spotted in a regular bearded look. Both NTR and Ram Charan looked uber cool and sounded very confident about the project.

Rajamouli also clarified that the film also has a powerful antagonist but did not reveal the name of the actor essaying the role.

Rajamouli wanted the country to know about the Telugu superheroes Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem who revolted against the British and Nizams.

The film’s producer DVV Danayya agreed that he received an offer of Rs 100 crores to offer RRR to some other production house. But he wanted to produce a film with Rajamouli and rejected the offer soon.

As of now, the makers of RRR are in plans to release the film in ten languages. Going with the budget, buzz and release, RRR will sure do wonders after Baahubali franchise. It has the scope and potentiality to make it big in Indian cinema.
