Well known TV actor Thakur Anup Singh who played Drithrashtra in the recent version of Mahabharath is set to make his debut in T-Town with Puri Jagannadh’s Kannada-Telugu bilingual Rogue in which he will be playing a “psychotic lover” who is obsessed with the female lead Mannara Chopra.
What’s interesting is that he’s bagged a role that was initially written for Sonu Sood. While Sonu had to let go of the role as he had to take up Jackie Chan’s Kung Fu Yoga, Anoop landed this role and he shared with an English daily that he’s excited.
The actor had apparently seen the shooting of Temper in 2014 and was awe struck by Puri and he shared that he is happy to be working with the man he has admired so much.
