Akkineni Akhil’s debut film Akhil, which was all set to release on October 22nd got postponed in the last minute and the reason according to Nithiin and Nagarjuna is that the CG work of a few scenes hasn’t come out to their liking. They announced that the effects are being reworked to ensure everything is perfect. This has forced them to push the release of the film to a new date.
The postponement has came in as a huge disappointment for fans and they have started abusing Nithiin and Akhil on the social media platforms. It is learnt that Akhil was completely disappointed with the delay and he even didn’t answer phone calls and also refused to attend the press meet. A close source to the Akkineni family revealed that Akhil lost his temper and even broke things at home. He didn’t even answer Nagarjuna’s calls at one point of time.
It is also heard that Nagarjuna has postponed the film just to help Ram Charan’s Bruce Lee and Akhil was furious over his decision. Now, the latest update reveals that the film is all set for a grand release on November 11th
