Rashi Khanna was the first choice to play Geetha in Geetha Govindam. The actress was impressed with the assignment but she quoted a whopping remuneration of Rs 1 crore which left the makers in shock. With nothing much to do, the makers started hunting for a replacement and locked Rashmika Mandanna for the female lead’s role. The film released yesterday and it has been declared as a blockbuster.
