Chandrababu offers AP scientists 100 cr prize for Nobel Prize winner

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu today announced a bumper offer to the emerging scientists of Andhra Pradesh. Stating that his government would encourage scientists to excel in their research activities, the Chief Minister said that the government would provide Rs 100 crore prize money to those who secures Noble Prize.

He ask the young scientists all over the state to take it as a challenge and strive hard in their research activities so that to win Noble Prize to bring glory to the nation in the comity of nations.

He made this announcement while speaking at the Children’s’ Science Congress held in the premises of Sri Padmavathi Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati. Earlier, he laid foundation stone for Science Museum in the city, to come up at a cost of Rs, 1,500 crore in 200 acres.
