Superstar Mahesh Babu’s 25th film Maharshi which released this Thursday amidst high expectations from audience and trade circles is performing well at the domestic box office despite mixed reports on the first day. The openings are super strong and the film has set up Non-Baahubali records in a few years of Telugu states.

Maharshi has Mahesh Babu playing three shades as a student, a CEO and an activist of farmers. Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh played significant roles in this Vamshi Paidipalli directional. Dil Raju Ashwini Dutt and PVP jointly bankrolled the film.
