It is known news that former CBI director and IPS officer V V Lakshminarayana recently sought voluntary retirement from service, most probably to join politics. While most of the parties predicting him to join BJP or Janasena, leading English daily ran a completely different story saying Lakshmi Narayana is actually coming into politics to actually counter Pawan’s effect.
The leading English daily wrote, there have been hectic back room negotiations over the past few months and he is being prepped up to take on Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan. It also added that, Speculations are rife that TDP could be behind Lakshminarayana’s possible move of floating his own party.As per the story, though he is no match to Pawan Kalyan’s popularity, Lakshmi Narayana does enjoy a decent following among sections of people who see him as an anti-corruption crusader. Moreover he is also from Kapu community. So, if it materializes, his new party will definitely get votes from youth and Kapus.
