Critically acclaimed Tamil director Vetrimaaran is riding high on the super success of Asuran. With an interesting bunch of films lined up next year, Vetrimaaran gave his nod for a Netflix anthology that will start shooting soon. Speaking with a leading magazine, Vetrimaaran confirmed the news. The story features Prakash Raj and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles which is a surprise.
This is the first time Prakash Raj and Sai Pallavi are teaming up. Vetrimaaran who picks up innovative stories has been finalized for a story that has never been told on the digital platform. As per the update, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Sudha Kongara and Vignesh Shivan will direct the other stories of Netflix series. Vetrimaaran is in talks with several leading actors for his next. Prakash Raj and Sai Pallavi who are busy with other projects are happy to come on to the board for the Netflix series.
