Superstar Rajinikanth wrapped up two back to back films 2.0 and Kaala. After months of confusion, the release of 2.0 has been pushed and Kaala has been announced for release on April 27th during summer. The makers are busy wrapping up the post-production work and Rajinikanth plays a gangster in the film. The first teaser of Kaala will be out on March 10th informed a source from the movie unit.
Nana Patekar, Eswari Rao, Huma Qureshi, Anjali Patil and Samuthirakani played other pivotal roles in the film which has been set in the backdrop of Mumbai. Rajinikanth’s look gained immense response and his son-in-law Dhanush bankrolled Kaala on Wunderbar Films banner. Lyca Productions acquired the theatrical rights for a massive price and the film will release in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi on April 27th.
