Super talented actor Suriya has been shooting for his upcoming movie titled Singam 3. Hari who directed the first two instalments of the franchise is directing the movie which is in final stages of shoot. The shoot of the film has been delayed slightly due to the action episodes that took more than the expected time. Anushka and Shruti Haasan are the female leads in the film and the entire shoot of Singam 3 will be wrapped up by the end of September. Suriya’s home banner 2D Entertainments is producing the film and KE Gnanavelraja is taking care of the production formalities.
Suriya revealed that Singam 3 will hit the screens during Diwali and the announcement came during the initial days of the film’s shoot. However Karthi came out with his latest movie titled Kashmora which is the costliest ever film in the career of the actor. Gokul is directing the film and Nayanthara, Sridivya are the female leads. The movie is said to be a historical horror comedy and is planned for Diwali release.
Once Suriya came to know about Karthi’s plans, the actor walked out of Diwali race and he announced that Singam 3 will hit the screens in December this year. He made sure that he will have a comfortable gap between Kashmora and Singam 3. He said that there is no point of brothers clashing at the box-office and he is not quite particular about Diwali’s release. PVP Cinema is producing Kashmora and Karthi’s look from the film has been receiving exceptional response from the audience.
