SyeRaa progressing at a snail pace

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ambitious pre-independence period drama Syeraa Narasimha Reddy commenced it’s regular shoot last year. Even after 6 months, the team managed to wrap up only twenty five percent of its entire shoot.

Initially, it was delayed due to sudden exit of cinematographer Ravi Varman and music composer AR Rahman. Now, the busy commitments of other cast like Vijay Sethupathi, Nayanatara, Tamannaah and Sudeep are causing delay the project. At the start, the makers were in plans to release the film for Sankranthi 2019. But, going by its current progress, it looks like the film might hit the screens in mid next year.

The fresh schedule of SyeRaa will commence from June 5th in Hyderabad. Directed by Surender Reddy, the film is produced by Ram Charan’s Konidela Productions banner.
