    The Election fever touched the Telugu states and the polls will take place on April 11th. There were speculations that the polls will take place on April 30th because of which several films staged their release during May. Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi was pushed for May 9th release to avoid the election heat. Now the Election Commission surprised with the announcement. Naga Chaitanya’s Majili which is releasing on April 5th will be impacted more as the election campaign would be in peaks during that week.

    Sai Dharam Tej has been struggling for success from the past couple of years. He pinned all his hopes on Chitralahari which is releasing on April 12th. This would be the best date of the season as the polls will get completed on April 11th. With summer holidays and people left with money, Chitralahari is expected to open with a bang. The makers unveiled the teaser of the film today which narrates about the characterizations of the lead actors from Chitralahari. The film’s teaser starts with the voice-over of director Sukumar and it hints that the film has some fresh content, rib-tickling entertainment throughout.

    The teaser goes on a lighter note showcasing the struggles of a youngster named Vijay who eagerly waits for success. The background score and the cinematography work should be given a thumbs up for sure. Sai Dharam Tej is presented in a new and bearded look in Chitralahari. The makers also clarified that the film releases all over on April 12th across the globe. Mythri Movie Makers are the producers and Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music.

    Mega hero Sai Dharam Tej delivered a string of flops in the last couple of years. All his recent films left no trace at box office and his success graph has taken a huge beating. After much deliberation, he signed Kishore Tirumala’s Chitralahari which is gearing up for release this Summer. Chitralahari is billed as a full length entertainer and it features Nivetha Pethuraj and Kalyani Priyadarshini as female leads.

    Sai is confident that Chitralahari will put an end to his flop streak. He is awaiting the result of Chitralahari to kick start his next project. Reportedly, director Maruthi has narrated a story to the ‘Jawaan’ actor and got an optimistic nod. Maruthi is now currently busy fine tuning the script to suit Sai’s mannerisms. If everything falls in place, the regular shooting will commence from mid Summer and a top production house is going to bankroll the film.

    Telugu360 was the first to report that Natural star Nani will soon team up with talented filmmaker Kishore Tirumala, who directed films like Nenu Shailaja and Vunnadi Okkate Zindagi, for an interesting project which will be bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. We have also reported that the film has been titled as Chitralahari.

    Now, here comes an interesting news. Reportedly, the story for Chitralahari has been penned by Kishore Tirumala’s fiancée. A little birdie has informed that the Kishore’s wife-to-be has written the script and he gave finishing touches to it. Nani is quite impressed with the narration and gave the nod to act in the film.

    Though the genre of the film is kept under wraps, it is believed that Nani and Kishore are coming up with a different film that will appeal to all sections of audience. The regular shooting will commence early next year.

    Nani is currently busy wrapping up MCA and Krishnarjuna Yuddham.
