Superstar Rajinikanth’s Kabali is getting ready for a roaring release on July 1st. The film, a gangster drama set in Malaysia, has Radhika Apte as the female lead. Ranjith Pa is the director and Kalaipuli S Thanu produced it on a grand scale. The post production activities have been wrapped up and the censor scrutiny will be held in a few days.
It is learnt that the core team is very happy with the output. According to a close source, the unit has watched the film recently and the output has left them thrilled. The source added that the director and the producer are super confident that the film will emerge as the biggest hit in Rajinikanth’s career.
Rajinikanth will be seen as an ageing gangster in the film and the first look teaser has broke all records with more than 20 million views in social media. The audio composed by Santosh Narayanan will be unveiled in a few days. The pre release business for the film is huge as the distribution rights fetched a record price in all areas.
