Victory Venkatesh rejected many films in the recent years and he is not in a mood to be showcased in regular commercial entertainers. When excited, the actor stepped out to remake films from other languages. Gopala Gopala, Drushyam and Guru are some among them. The actor after a year signed his next film which will be directed by Teja and is a stylish action entertainer. The film will start rolling next month and it will hit the screens during summer next year.
The latest news we hear is that Venky was quite impressed with the Malayalam film titled ‘The Great Father’ after he watched it in a special screening. Mammootty played the lead role in this movie which raked Rs 30 crores in Kerala. The film carries a strong social message and Venky is currently in talks for the remake. Actor Prithviraj produced the movie and Venky is keen on remaking the film in Telugu. More details are yet to be revealed.
