Though his last film in Telugu was Uu Kodathara Ulikkipadthara, Vidyasagar is in the news for completing two decades of composing timeless melodies in Malayalam movies. He is from Vijayanagaram in Andhra Pradesh but as they say talent transcends boundaries he has made a name for himself in Tamil and Malayalam movies. His latest film Anarkali starring Prthiviraj and Pryal Gor is a hit in Hyderabad, is being screened for many weeks in Imax. He is also famous for doing background score for films and in all the background scores he does, he takes care to see that the theme enriches the storyline and does not deviate from the mood of the scenes, context, characters and the entire movie.
